CTS Account Executive (Atlanta, GA)

The Account Executive role serves as the focal point for all marketing and sales activities involving communication with the client.  This role carries both revenue quota and client satisfaction responsibilities for the Atlanta geography.

Job Description:

  • Maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction and delivering business value 
  • Precisely present and differentiate CTS service offerings and drive deals to conclusion
  • Develop and maintain 3X revenue sales pipeline
  • Develop sales proposals and presentation materials
  • Assist in contract negotiations to ensure terms and conditions are fair for both the client and for CTS
  • Coordinate all sales and marketing activities with internal delivery and management stakeholders
  • Perform presales assessments
  • Develop and maintain Account Plans to include general account and organization information, decision makers, technologies, and penetration strategy
  • Maintain client satisfaction and conduct Client Satisfaction Surveys at periodic intervals
  • Communicate with clients regarding pricing, scheduling, invoice payments, and other issues and include other CTS staff as appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date client and account information in appropriate CTS systems
  • Work with internal stakeholders and marketing staff to develop new solutions and marketing initiatives
  • Remain current on CTS services and products, as well as general methodologies and practices, and suggest new products/services gathered from sales activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of IT consulting or software services, with demonstrated experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting recurring sales quotas of $2M or more within enterprise account
  • Experience in sales of custom software development, integration, quality assurance, business intelligence solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, or related field required, M.B.A. desirable
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with client representatives and to work effectively with other account executives to present clients with a consistent world-class image
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Must possess established contacts within the Atlanta business community
  • Professional consulting experience is a plus
  • Experience establishing sales presence in new geography is a plus

 

Internal Software Engineer/Project Manager (Birmingham, AL)

The role of the Internal Software Engineer is to design and customize software for internal use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency in accordance with CTS methodologies, either working individually or as part of a team.  In addition to development responsibilities, this position will manage internal project documentation, timelines and project plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, develop, test, modify, and deploy general computer applications software and/or specialized utility programs in accordance with CTS methodologies
  • Develop custom software
  • Develop database components
  • Participate in Engineering Reviews
  • Create software documentation
  • Create project plans
  • Maintain project documentation

General Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS or directly related degree required
  • 2+ years experience with MOSS administration
  • General knowledge of web applications, relational databases, SharePoint design and Internet protocols
  • Manual and/or automated testing skills are a plus
  • Clear use of the English language in written and oral communications

Technical Qualifications:

  • VB.NET and/or C#.NET required
  • SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008 required
  • Knowledge of IIS and web application deployment required
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) a plus
  • SharePoint development experience a plus
